Incident Report for Scholastic Digital

At approximately 4:00am Eastern, the Scholastic Digital Manager began to have intermittent issues that would have impacted the ability for students and teachers to log in. By around 6:00am ET, all logins were failing. All services were fully recovered by approximately 7:20am ET.

Our technical and support staff are working to identify the underlying cause of the issues and will take corrective action to prevent this from re-occurring.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption. We take our responsibilities very seriously to deliver highly reliable levels of service for all of our students, teachers, and administrators who rely on Scholastic digital products.
